Nothing is better than indulging in fresh vegetables and fresh fruit, especially when they are in season.

Even though I would always recommend eating vegetables and fruits because they contain dietary fiber removed with juicing, drinking fresh juice also has benefits.

If you own a juicer, I wonder why you wouldn't use this mighty equipment occasionally and prepare delicious quality vegetable juice, mainly if you use nutrient dense ingredients like celery, apples, carrots, beets, or leafy greens

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS CELERY APPLE CARROT JUICE RECIPE

CELERY APPLE CARROT JUICE RECIPE Ingredients AND TIPS

  • Apple: I like using Fuji apples because they are crisp and very juicy with a sugary sweet flavor, so they perfectly balance the taste of celery and carrots. You don't have to peel the apple.
  • Fresh carrots: you should wash and peel the carrots.
  • Celery stalks: make sure to wash and cut the ends of celery.
  • I own a Magic Bullet Mini Juicer and like how juices come out. Juicing can be messy, so this juicer has easy-to-disassemble and clean parts. I clean it right after I'm done with juicing in the sink with hot water, not giving time for the pulp to stick.
  • This amount of ingredients was enough to make a half-tall cup, so it was enough for one person.
  • Whenever possible, choose organic produce to minimize exposure to pesticides. This is especially true for apples
  • If you find the juice too sweet or not sweet enough, you can adjust by adding more or fewer apples. I often dilute the freshly squeezed juice with water for less sweetness and better hydration.
  • Drink fresh: freshly made juice is the most nutritious, so consume it shortly after juicing.

How to Make CELERY APPLE CARROT JUICE

  • Wash the celery stalks, apples, and carrots thoroughly.
  • Peel the carrots and cut them into smaller pieces.
  • Cut the celery into smaller pieces that fit your juicer chute.
  • Cut the apple into smaller pieces.
  • Feed the celery, apples, and carrots through a juicer according to its instructions.
  • Stir the juice well to combine all the flavors.
  • Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately over ice if desired.

Quick Tip!

Enhance the flavor by adding a handful of mint leaves to your celery, apple, and carrot juice for a refreshing twist. The mint complements the natural sweetness of the fruits and adds a burst of coolness.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

  • Best served cold: Chill the celery apple carrot juice in the fridge for 15-20 minutes or pour it over ice for an extra refreshing boost.
  • Kid-friendly tip: For little ones, strain the juice for a smoother texture and serve in a colorful cup with a fun straw!
  • Morning kickstart: Enjoy it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to help wake up your digestion and hydrate your body.

STORAGE SUGGESTIONS

  • Refrigerate immediately: Store any leftover juice in an airtight glass jar or bottle and refrigerate right away to keep it fresh.
  • Best within 24-48 hours: For the best taste and nutrient content, drink within 24 hours. You can keep it up to 48 hours, but the flavor and benefits may fade a bit.
  • Shake before drinking: Natural separation may occur-just give it a good shake before serving.
