Pour heavy whipping cream into a bowl and add sugar.
Mix until you get the smooth mixture. Add sour cream and mix well. Set aside.
Pour milk into a bowl. Dip each ladyfinger into the milk, and break it into small pieces. Layer the pieces on the bottom of the large glass bowl.
Add a portion of the whipping cream over ladyfinger pieces. Add raspberries on top.
Continue with the layers until all ladyfingers are used up.
Add remaining whipping cream on top.
Garnish with some fresh raspberries and shred some dark chocolate on top.
Close the glass bowl with the clear foil and set it in the fridge.

Notes
The raspberry dessert tastes best when it sits in the refrigerator overnight, but it also tastes excellent after 3-4 hrs. However long you let it sit, ensure enough time for ladyfingers to absorb moisture from the heavy whipping cream.
