12grginger rootabout 2 inch size, washed and peeled
1teaspoonturmeric powder
¼teaspooncayenne pepper
Instructions
Peel the oranges and lemons, removing any seeds.
Wash and peel the ginger root, then cut it into smaller pieces.
Add the oranges, lemons, and ginger to a blender.
Sprinkle in the turmeric powder and cayenne pepper.
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
Place a colander or fine mesh sieve over a bowl and pour the blended mixture through it.
Press the pulp with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
This recipe makes 300 ml, or 6 shots of 50 ml each.
Pour into shot glasses and store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
