Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse chickpeas with water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel or paper towel.
Toss dry chickpeas with salt, turmeric, paprika, oregano, and olive oil.
Spread the chickpeas on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they are in a single layer and not overcrowded.
Roast 20–25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway, until golden and slightly crispy.
